So as a little post-New Year’s treat for ourselves, hubby and I invested in a fondue set. Our first attempt was a cheese fondue made with gouda, swiss, cheddar and a splash of beer. It wasn’t the best fondue I’ve ever had – but it was melted, gooey cheese..couldn’t go too wrong, right?
If any of you have any great recipe ideas, we’d love to try them. I think next time we’ll do a dessert fondue – some kind of chocolate, caramely goodness.
