Does anyone else think the “Big Weatherman in the Sky” is just taunting us? Sunshine one day, showers the next… Or worse, starting the day with warm sunny skies (the kind that make you wear a skirt and new heels and leave your heavy coat at home) and ending it with gale force winds and torrential downpours.
With these kind of bi-polar conditions, one needs to be prepared to face the elements in a way that allows us to stay dry, comfortable and feel, if not fashionable, at least fun!
