..is being in a hurry, giving someone a copy of a policy, and asking them to sign a form acknowleding that they’ve received it - then discovering they first must actually read all 6 pages before signing.
Seriously? I mean, it’s not a like mortgage papers, or a DNR order, or directions on how to find the pot of gold at the end of the bloody rainbow! Ok, ok, <deep cleansing breaths> I need to move on. I need to not complain. I need to admire their sense of responsibility and thoroughness.
